PLOT PLAN FLOOR PLAN
This project entailed demolition of an existing, one story, wood frame structure which was constructed in several phases over a period of many years. The wood frame structure was connected to an existing, two story, masonry block and brick veneer commercial building. The client's program required removing the wood structure and constructing a new single story masonry and brick addition to blend with the larger building.
The property's size did not allow adequate parking to accommodate the new and existing buildings. This required an appearance before the local Zoning Board of Appeals, to permit for fewer parking spaces than required by zoning regulations.
